About

I'm a photographer, born and raised in Southern California and later Las Vegas, then 17 years in New York. My father's family came from northern Mexico to Texas several generations back, and eventually west to California. Last year we spent time on the family history. Where they came from, what they carried and what they left behind.

In 2026 my girlfriend and I packed a rented minivan and the three dogs and drove south to Mexico. We're here now, figuring out life in a country my family came from but that I didn't grow up in.

Currently at work on three ongoing projects. Camino (roads and land). Campo (daily life on a small ranch). Un Momento (portraits and encounters).
